MUM2026 Program Is Now Published
The program for the MATSim User Meeting 2026 is now published. Forty-three presentations will be given across two parallel tracks on Monday, September 28, 2026, at the Pierre et Marie Curie campus of Sorbonne University in Paris. Please see the full program.
The meeting begins at 08:30. The hEART conference booklet went to print before this was agreed and shows 09:00, which is not correct for our meeting. Registration opens at 08:00.
Presentation slots are eighteen minutes end to end. This allows about fifteen minutes for the presentation itself and three minutes for questions and for the next speaker to take over. With 43 talks in a single day, session chairs will have to keep to these times. The last talk ends at 17:30.
Each room is run from a single laptop, so we need every presentation before the day begins. Please
upload your slides
by Friday, September 25, naming the file with your slot number from the program, for example 105-07.pdf.
PDF is preferred, because fonts and layout survive the move to another machine, and PowerPoint is also accepted.
The upload form requires a Google account; if you cannot reach Google services, please email your slides to
association@matsim.org instead. If your presentation includes video or a live
demonstration, please tell us in advance so that we can prepare for it.
The program page also gives the room numbers and the evening boat trip, which is part of the hEART program and open only to those registered for that conference.
Update, 26 September: the MATSim Association Annual General Meeting will not be held in Paris. It is postponed to a later date, and members will receive the invitation and agenda in advance.
